Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Our property is dedicated towards 'Commitment to Clean' maintaining a safe and hygiene environment for the guests, through signages through the hotel reminding social distancing. We have revised our occupancy and seating capacities. Guests are eligible to scan the QR code for menu, online payment and other services provided by the hotel. Sanitisation is practiced through the hotel to keep the hygiene our top most priority.
Adopting the initiative of ‘Commitment to Clean’, the resort offers guests the assurance and makes it convenient for them to check in and out through a mobile app, thus eliminating physical contact. Upon arriving at the resort, it is ensured that the guests have downloaded Arogya Setu App, screened through thermal scanning and have easy access to hand sanitizers.

In accordance to the new normal, the resort has become well-equipped to offer services such as virtual tour of the property through video for bookings, QR code scan for sanitization process and to check the menu, online payment option, room key sanitization at reception desk, in-room dining and others.

At Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram, providing a safe environment by following the government’s new normal protocols and safety norms have become priority. The staff’s efforts have been focused on creating a secured and comfortable atmosphere for our patrons. In a dynamic environment like this, we strive to provide our guests with bespoke services and are delighted to welcome them back to the property.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: One person at a time, face masks required at all times.
  • Kids Play Area: Closed.
  • Shuttle: Closed.
  • Lounge: Open, face masks required for entry.
Petals and Nectar are open. The menu can be scanned through QR Code. Chefs are sanitising the kitchen at regular intervals. The tables and chairs are sanitised at regular intervals. Hand sanitiser is available at touch points. Online payment is available for contactless service.
