The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and plexiglass barrier at front desk.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and chat available 24/7 via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restrooms, and elevators with EPA approved cleaning products. Hand sanitizing stations will be available in all public areas.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.). In order to comply with local ordinances, guests are required to wear personal face coverings while in common areas of the hotel unless seated for drinking or eating.

Electrostatic Spraying: We will be utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide full housekeeping service automatically every day. We are also happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while also complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, with occupancy limitations.
Business Center: Open, with occupancy limitations.
In-Room Massages: Available, advanced reservations required.

The Raphael Hotel's signature restaurant & lounge Chaz on the Plaza is now open for dine-in. We have renovated our interior and unveiled fresh new menus. We are committed to surpassing all CDC, state, and local guidelines regarding cleanliness and safety.

Hours of Operation for Dine-In:

Breakfast: Monday-Friday, 6:30-11 a.m.

Happy hour: Monday-Friday, 4-6 p.m.

Dinner: Monday-Sunday: 4-10 p.m.

Weekend Brunch: Saturday and Sunday, 7am-1:30 p.m.

Room Service: Available 24/7, seven days a week.
