Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage is posted throughout the hotel to remind guests to wear a face mask (in all public areas) and maintain social distancing. Touchless sanitizer stations are available in public areas and meeting spaces. Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions are in place in the restaurant and meeting spaces to be compliant with local city mandates. Partitions are installed at the front desk and guests can swipe their own credit cards, as needed. The fitness center and pool are open with limited capacities and have signage posted to help encourage social distancing while using these amenities. We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. Guests will still be required to present an ID upon arrival; this will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out, your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing masks at all times. Additional PPE will also be worn (e.g., gloves, face shields, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction from local authorities. Guests are required to wear face masks in all public spaces of the hotel.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Guest Room Safety. We have taken extra precautions to clean and disinfect your room prior to your arrival. Out of an abundance of caution, we will be minimizing the frequency of services to your room. Housekeeping service will be every 7th day of your stay. If you would like additional amenities or prefer housekeeping service daily, please contact the Front Desk team and they will be happy to assist.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 7th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, with reduced capacity restrictions
  • Swimming Pool: Open, with reduced capacity restrictions

We have revised service in our restaurant, KC tap + table, details are listed below:


  • Breakfast to-go orders only: 7am-11am
  • Dinner dine-in and to-go orders: 5pm-11pm.
  • Starbucks Coffee: Open for your specialty coffee needs, 7am-11am and 5pm-11pm.
  • The Lobby Shop is open 24/7 and features daily prepared fruit & yogurt cups, soups, sandwiches, and salads.
  • Take advantage of our outdoor lakeside patio for a delightful socially distanced dining experience. Digital menus are available as well as single-use physical menus, if preferred. In-room food delivery is currently unavailable.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • A coffee break room attendant to assist with the servicing of breaks (to eliminate communal break stations).
  • Freshly sanitized meeting rooms; at the beginning of your day and sanitized throughout the day, during group breaks.
  • Customized meeting room diagrams that are a collaboration between the meeting planner and our event team to ensure your group is socially distanced.
  • Virtual and hybrid meeting options.
