Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

There is signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

In unison with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.


Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Room Amenities:

  • In-room coffee makers and other room collateral have been removed to minimize shared touch points between guests, but all of these amenities are available upon request via contactless delivery
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest
Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not automatically provide housekeeping every day. If you wish to receive housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Operating 24/7 with reduced occupancy and a rearranged machine configuration to allow guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Pool: Outdoor pool open from 7am-11pm with reduced occupancy. Indoor pool and spa are currently closed.
  • Starbucks: Open from 6am-Noon.
  • Concierge Lounge: Closed

All food handlers are trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits are being completed in accordance with food safety standards.

 

 

  • Starbucks: Open 6am-Noon
  • Epicure: Closed
  • 210 Bar & Grill: Open 4pm-9pm
  • No self-serve buffets or room service delivery at this time

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.   • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
