Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants, swimming pools, and beach, in compliance with local mandates, and partitions installed at front desk, concierge, bell stand, restaurants, pool and beach welcome desks.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the hotel . These include:

 

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in several locations of the public areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members are wearing PPE (all staff are wearing face masks, and those entering the guest rooms are wearing gloves) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction from the local authorities. Guests are instructed to wear personal face masks as it is mandatory by the local authorities.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. We started utilizing these in the lobby areas, and in the F&B outlets.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery . Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the maximum of amenities and services at our hotel available while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 7am to 8pm. Face masks required at all times.
Garage/Parking: Available with Valet Parking as usual.
Beach and Swimming Pools: Open, reduced capacity of sunbeds due to social distancing.
Kids Club: Closed.
Restaurants and Bars: Open, face masks required when standing. No service to standing guests.
No Breakfast Buffet available. Reduced number of seats/tables to comply with social distancing. Menus through QR code, or plastified. Hand sanitizing station at the restaurants and bars entrance. Reinforced measures of hygiene and disinfecting practices in the kitchen, hand sanitizing station for servers, regular disinfection of outlet tables upon guest departure. Sanitizing wipes in guest rooms to allow safe Mini Bar usage.
