      • Cancellation Policy
        Change and cancellation policies for guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date are permitted at no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival.

        Please note that this policy may not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.

        Guests who booked via online travel agents or other third-party travel professionals are advised to contact their booking provider directly for further information.

        Important Information:
        • Some exclusions may apply. Please refer to the property's Rate Details for applicable terms or exceptions, if any, when booking or changing reservations.
        • Reservation refunds of any kind (e.g., cash or credit voucher) may take up to 90 days from the date of cancellation to be processed. The form and timing of refund may be subject to applicable laws where each hotel is located.
        • For group organizer questions on terms or conditions of group contacts, please contact the hotel.
      • Early Departure Fee
        Upon early departure, an early departure charge of one night room and applicable tax applies.
      • Photography & Videography Policy
        Drones are not permitted. Professional photography for personal use only is permitted to capture memorable moments but must not be disruptive to our other guests. Professional photography for public use is not permitted. Meeting planners or local/social catering customers are permitted to have professional photographers to capture images for their events in their contracted event space.
      • Smoke-Free Policy
        Marriott is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment, and is proud to boast one of the most comprehensive smoke-free hotel policies in the industry.
      • Pet Policy
        Pets are not permitted.

    • Cypress Springs Water Park
      • Overview
        Our resort guest-exclusive Cypress Springs Water Park boasts an AquaDrop slide, racing slides, two pristine pools, a rapid river, surfing simulator, water playground and more.
      • Guest Access
        Guests who have booked a guest room with two queen beds will receive four wristbands allowing access to the pools. Guests who have booked a king guest room will receive two wristbands allowing access to the pools. Guests who have booked a suite will receive five wristbands allowing access to the pools.
      • Safety
        Aquatic area attendants are dedicated to regular cycles of guest touch point sanitization.

        Pool facilities are for registered guests only. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by an adult responsible for their safety and behavior. No running on the pool deck.

        In the event of inclement weather, guests may be asked to vacate the pool deck for their own safety.
      • FlowRider Rules
        This is a very strenuous ride. The moving water is extremely turbulent. Bodyboarding or Flowboarding on this sheet wave is a body-active, participatory sport. As with all sports, care must be taken to avoid a mishap. Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate. Pregnant women and persons with or having a history of heart, back, neck, shoulder or joint problems should not ride.

        Riders must be Forty-eight inches (48") tall to stand-up ride and Forty-two inches (42") tall to bodyboard.

        Obey attendant at all times.
      • Big Cypress Tower Rules
        Maximum operational load 1 person, 300 lbs (136 kg). Riders under 48 inches (1.22 m) tall are not permitted to ride.

        CAUTION! For safety reasons, pregnant women and persons with heart conditions or back trouble should not ride the slides.

    • Disney Shuttle
      An exclusive amenity to resort guests, we are happy to offer a shuttle service to all four Walt Disney World theme parks, as well as Disney Springs.

      Shuttle schedules are updated weekly. This transportation is included in your resort fee, and you can reserve your shuttle ticket at the Concierge Desk in the lobby.
