Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

We have installed signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in compliance with local and state mandates.

 

We have also installed partitions at our front desks and food and beverage service lines.

We encourage you to use the Marriott Bonvoy™ App for Mobile check-in and Mobile Key to access your guest room and on-site amenities, as well as Mobile Chat for guest requests and room service orders.

We have taken this opportunity to build upon Marriott's Commitment to Clean. Our new cleanliness standards focus on the following key features:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly all "high-touch" areas in our guest rooms and public spaces
  • Team Member safety with daily required temperature scan and newly implemented training programs
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Guest and Team Members are required to wear a face covering. Covering should fit comfortably over nose and mouth
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols
  • Sanitizing stations are placed throughout our hotel
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, housekeeping service will be provided every 3 days. Should you require additional linens or toiletries, please call the Front Desk or via our Marriott Bonvoy™ App; contact-less delivery will be arranged

 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The same great stay, but in a safer way.

 

  • Outdoor Heated Pool | Open from 6am-11pm daily | Masks required on the pool deck
  • Fitness Center | Open 24hrs daily | Access with room key | Masks required at all times
  • The Market | Open 24hrs daily | Masks required at all times
  • Dry Cleaning services | Available Monday through Friday | Drop off (9:00 am) and pick up (6:00 pm) at the Front Desk | Self-Laundry facilities on-site also available.

Bistro/Starbucks |Fully Operational | limited seating in dining room | Grab & Go options | Room Delivery & Take Out available

 

  • Masks are required in public areas and may be removed once you are seated at your table
  • Guests will be seated in a safe rotation in order to maintain maximum social distancing
  • Associated will be utilizing gloves and masks throughout service
  • Tables and chairs will be sanitized after each use and every 60 minutes if not used
