The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
As you enter our front lobby you will be greeted with Signage and Local County & State Requirements for Guests and Visitors relating to Covid19 and CDC requirements. Currently Every Guest and Visitor Must wear Facial Masks while on hotel grounds.

Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain 6 foot social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our public spaces like fitness center, business center, & elevators. Partitions installed at front desk and food and beverage area's will be marked as well as service lines and in our Sundries Shop. Currently our restaurant and concierge lounge are closed, however when these outlets re-open they may open only in compliance with local and state mandates that apply.

A complete and full description of today's Housekeeping Service levels will be available and handed to each arriving guest daily.

Mobile check-in and key, are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Housekeeping Daily Service and Maintenance Requests are typically contactless, unless pre-arranged with our Manager on Duty. Currently Food and Beverage and Room Service orders are not available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in hotel guest rooms. These include:


  • All guest rooms will remain vacant for 24 hours prior to any guest check in. Issued guest room key cards are new or sanitized and Mobile Keys may be requested via the Bonvoy App. whenever possible.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and doorways as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations through out all our public area's.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear Face Coverings, & Gloves based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests or Visitors in hotel public area's MUST wear personal face coverings as required by Local & State Guidelines.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Electrostatic Disinfecting sprayers will be implemented in high traffic public area's defined by Marriott International including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Most in-room hotel guest amenities have been removed unless it is a single use pre-packaged items or pre-wrapped product. Requested items can be dropped at the door or delivered prior to Check-in with no-contact. A Pack of Sanitizing wipes (containing 60% plus Alcohol) will be offered in every guest room upon check in only. In-room coffee makers are currently available, but guests must request contactless coffee delivery or pick up complimentary items at our front desk.
  • Additionally: Face Masks and Sanitizing Wipes are available for purchase in our Sundries Shop.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. If you are staying a bit longer please contact our front desk to discuss personalized cleaning options.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours per day, limit to 3 people at a time and masks required at all times.
  • Pool Area: Open, Daily 6 a.m. until 11 pm, please use 6 foot social distancing as required
  • Jacuzzi: Open, Daily 9 a.m. until 11 pm, please use 6 foot social distancing as required
  • Convention & Meeting Rooms: Open "As Contracted" in Advance
  • Bistro 1501 Restaurant: Closed
  • Cobalt's Lounge: Open Monday thru Saturday 5 p.m. to 10 PM.
  • Espresso Bar: Proudly Serving Starbucks and Hot Breakfast - Open Daily from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
  • Concierge Lounge: Closed
