The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Our Hotel has created many new guest service and social distancing protocols to help insure a safe and enjoyable experience. Signage and floor directional graphics will help to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities in our restaurants. Plastic partitions have been installed at our front desk, registration areas and fitness center to enhance safety and well-being. Guests are encouraged to engage in touchless service experiences via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app, including mobile check-in and key, room service orders delivered right to your door and other specific service requests. Valet parking is not currently offered.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • If assistance is desired on a particular day, whether that be housekeeping service, trash removal, or a refresh of your amenities, please place your request with a guest service agent at the Reception desk or by dialing "0" from your guest room and we are happy to arrange said assistance while you are away from the room.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Some services and amenities may vary based on daily Hotel occupancy. The modifications we have made currently include:

Restaurants and Lounges: Open, hours may vary by outlet. Hours may vary by Outlet. Check with a Hotel representative for the venues and hours available each day during your stay.
Fitness Center: Our fitness center is open 24/7, access with room key.
Orlando Wellness Spa: Open Thursday- Sunday, 9am-6pm by appointment only. 
Outdoor Pool: Open daily, weather permitting.
Kids R Aqua Splash Zone: Open daily, weather permitting.
Theme Park Shuttle: Available daily at designated times.
Gift Shop: Open daily.

We are committed to having as many options available to you during your stay, however some schedules listed below may vary based on business levels. Please check with a Hotel representative upon check-in for the most current schedule of operating hours. Face masks are required, except while seated at your table.
