Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators, and provided hand sanitizing stations in public areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our Ladies & Gentlemen will wear PPE (face masks, gloves) in public areas based on directions by local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face covering.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies including electrostatic sprayers with hospital grade disinfectants to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Hygiene kits including disinfectant wipes are available in room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
  • Al Khiran Kitchen is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner operations.
  • BLU Bar is open for lunch operation.
  • Beach Pavilion Bar & Grill is open for dinner operation daily, Friday Brunch and Saturday lunch and dinner.
  • China Mood is open for dinner operations
  • Atrium Lounge is open for daily snacks and Afternoon tea.

 

In all outlets, seating is arranged according to social distance guidelines. Online menus activated with QR codes are available for all outlets and in-room-dining. One time use paper menus are handed over individually to arriving guests at the time of check-in for in-room dining and minibar.
