Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Here is what to expect during your stay at Sheraton Oman Hotel.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and Oman Clean Program, we have implemented several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in the guest rooms. These practices include:
 
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations have been set throughout the hotel in all relevant areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.
  • As Per Local Law: Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public spaces such as the lobby, restaurants, etc...
  • Room Amenities: Sanitation kits including hand sanitizer, face mask and disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

  • Sheraton Fitness: Open on limited timings as per local regulations.
  • Pool: Open to in-house guests and members.

We are delighted to welcoming you back to our iconic restaurants and lounges. With your safety in mind, we implemented a series of measures to ensure you enjoy a pleasant dining experience while following the safety guidelines from Marriott Commitment to Clean.

 

 

  • Reservations: Prior reservations are required at all times. Each table is allocated for a maximum dining time of 2 hours to allow regular sanitation of all surfaces and avoid waiting lines.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Our associates are wearing PPE at all times according to the duties they are performing.
  • Guests Are Required: to be wearing a face mask in order to enter the dining areas as per local law.
  • Seating Management & Exercise of Social Distancing: A new set up for restaurants and lounges has been implemented to ensure a safe distance of at least 2 meters between tables and between seats. Seating per table is limited to a maximum of 4 adults. Seating for a same family with 4 children are allowed to sit on one table, however the table occupancy is not to be extended to occupy more than 6 people to avoid large gatherings.
  • Digital Menus: In order to limit the number of high-touch areas, our restaurants and lounges are equipped with QR codes allowing you to access our digital menus from your smartphone.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
