Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Pre-arrival process: hand sanitizing stations, reduced seating capacities, queuing through floor signage and stanchions, face coverings required for everyone. Self-parking. Receptionists will receive our guests behind an acrylic protection panel, working with masks. Providing maximum security in terms of baggage handling, for which they will use disposable latex gloves (for each check-in) and also carry out a correct disinfection of all the pieces of luggage that enter the property. The hotel will have its specific space where luggage must be deposited and disinfected, prior to entry.

 

  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Room service orders delivered right to your door under contactless protocol.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

 

All part of the process that incurs an interaction between the guest and reception staff will be carried out with the corresponding distance (2 Mts.) And any use of paper or electronic equipment will be disinfected before and after each use, according to current standards.

All our team is trained to provide the best care to our guests, with the least possible contact.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Protocols for every space of the hotel: Hand washing requirements for associates; sanitizer dispensers placed throughout the hotel. Minimizing shared use items and appliances; using disposable and single-use items. The entrance to the room by the maids is limited establishing a cleaning rule every 3 days of the guest's stay. The rest of the days will be previously agreed with the client if so required.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Restaurant Epic - open (regular time) from 8.00 - 23.00

 

  • The kitchen staff during the development of their tasks must wear disposable latex gloves, face masks and face masks at all times.
  • Waiters must use a protective mask and mouth cap. Both are provided disinfected at the beginning of each shift and an additional disinfection will be carried out every 45 minutes.
  • Waiters are not allowed to enter rooms. Room service orders will be left on a tray neatly presented as a "TO-GO" style on the door, with everything previously disinfected according to current procedures.
  • When assembling the table service, they must work with gloves and trays. The gloves are for single use and the tray must be properly disinfected using a 70% alcohol solution.
