Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage is displayed throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants, event and public spaces in compliance with government mandates.

Hand sanitiser is provided throughout the hotel. The use of face masks is mandatory for all employees. Face masks can be provided free of charge.

Guests are required to check-in via the QR code to the hotel and restaurants before entrance and will be asked to show their vaccination record.

Mobile check-in and other service requests are available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, lifts, lobbies and common areas as well as providing more hand sanitising stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and direction from local authorities. Guests are also required to wear personal face coverings in public areas. We can provide face masks free of charge.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilising enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: We have reduced all paper collateral in guest rooms to minimise contact.
  • Minibar Is Available to guests on-demand.
  • Disinfectant Wipes are available in the room for every guest upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Due to the impact of Covid 19 and industry-wide staff shortages, our services and amenities may be need to be changed or limited from time to time. We apologise for any inconvenience and if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, please let our friendly team know.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our hotel available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
