Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage is present throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions are in place for our Public Areas & Food & Beverage outlets in compliance with Victorian Government mandates.

Our associates will follow social distancing guidelines and we encourage guests to utilise the Marriott Bonvoy™ app for Mobile Check In, Check Out, and the Chat function for service requests.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high traffic areas including restrooms, door handles and elevators.
  • Additional hand sanitising stations are available throughout the hotel for guest use.
  • Hotel Associates will wear PPE (e.g face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by local authorities.
  • Guests are welcome to wear face coverings & face masks which are available upon request.
  • Enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in our guestrooms for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you would like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you during your stay, while complying with local restrictions and regulations. As such, the following information is subject to change.

 

Our Wellness Centre (including pool, steam room, sauna and gym) is open from 6am - 9pm daily subject to strict conditions at entry. Please note there is a maximum number of 10 people allowed in the space at any one time and hygiene protocols remain in place when using equipment.

 

Change rooms & shower facilities are currently closed however the Accessible bathroom is available for use. 

 

Associates will continue to oversee the regular sanitising of touch points and checking of social distancing in the Wellness Centre each day.

 

Valet Parking ($60 per vehicle) is only available between 7am - 11pm daily - advance notice is required for any requests outside of these times.

 

Concierge services have been reduced - contact the hotel in advance for assistance.

The hotel is currently offering take-away High Tea hampers for collection from the hotel or delivery via food delivery partner Providoor.
