Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Seeking to ensure the maximum security and reliability in our spaces for our guests, we implement different physical distance measures that prevent the possible spread of COVID19, placing physical barriers at high contact points and replacing all collection terminals with Contactless technology. In addition, we have established cleaning and signaling protocols that allow you to continue enjoying all our services and public spaces with the security that we comply with the strictest standards of Health Security and Social distancing.

Inside your room you will find options to access our directory of services from any electronic device, substituting non-essential high-contact items.

We continue to strengthen our recommendation for the use of Mobile Check In services, Mobile Check Out, which allows you to have the room key directly from your mobile device through the Marriott Bonvoy App as well as Mobile Chat for your requests or requirements during your stay.

Our Commitment to Cleanliness has always been one of our greatest promises and every day we focus to offer rooms that provide true comfort and confidence for our guests; today, more than ever, we have multiplied our efforts to honor this promise.


We continue to research and develop products and services of the highest quality, including electrostatic sprayers with medical grade disinfectants, in order to reaffirm our rigorous cleaning efforts in the common areas of the Hotel, as well as UV devices for high contact items In the rooms.

Our rooms have gone through deep cleaning standards from one stay to another, with products approved by the American Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and local government agencies that have shown effectiveness in fighting emerging viruses, bacteria and pathogens, emphasizing health and disinfection in the face of COVID19 health continence. In order to minimize the entry of the staff to the rooms, we promote the cleaning service on interspersed days and while you are not on the room.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

From the moment of your arrival you will find that we have deployed new elements in our public spaces aimed at giving you the confidence you need to feel safe, from disinfection stations, physical and social distancing practices, reducing the admissible capacities in spaces, increasing the distance between furniture and indicating areas and distance of rows.

Following the guidelines of Marriott International and Mexico City Government, the use of face masks inside our public spaces is mandatory, so if you do not have one, it will be given as a courtesy upon arrival, as well as complementary in your room, plus individual packets of disinfectant towels for your convenience and portability. We invite you to make use of them, health and prevention is a commitment of all.

We are committed to making the Hotel's services available to you, within local regulations, including protocols on reducing capacity in public spaces, as well as reinforcing practices of physical distancing.

The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Room Service: Available 24 hours a day. The delivery is made to the door of your room in containers to take away.
  • Restaurant: Open only on Sundays with brunch service. Closed from Monday to Saturday until further notice.
  • Sheraton Club: Remains closed. If you have the Sheraton Club benefits for your Marriott Bonvoy Elite level or rate, your breakfast, canapé services and drinks in the afternoon will be provided through Room Service.
  • Sheraton Fitness: Following official regulations, the training area will remain open with maximum allowable spaces, and the use of face masks will be mandatory at all times during your stay. At the same time, we offer you training alternatives for the comfort of your room.
  • Pool: It is currently closed; however, the pool area is available including chairs and lounge chairs.
Feel sure yourself to enjoy the select offer of food and beverages that we have available for you, as we operate with the guidelines of local and international government institutions that guarantee the sanity of our products, procedures, facilities and staff.

One of the great innovations implemented is the presentation of our food and beverages in single-use containers, silverware, condiments and sealed accessories, as well as the reduction of physical contact between the staff who will take you to your room. We will continue to responsibly supply your food as we work to reduce our environmental impact.

For the same purpose, all our menus can be found in the Directory of Digital Services that you can consult on your electronic devices upon arrival.

It is a fact that we have no control over the operations of establishments that do not belong to our hotel, however, we try to make recommendations to those places that show clear and notorious efforts to be committed to the protocols of the new normality.

It is our commitment to help you get the reservations that our guests require to visit them, taking into consideration the recommendations of the local authorities on the maximum allowed places, new schedules and transportation, to help them return as safely as possible with us.

In addition, to require this help, you don´t need to visit the physical Concierge desk in the lobby area, as you can do so by phone from your room or through the digital menu of services that you can access with your electronic devices.
