Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks.
  • Mobile check-in and key. Mobile Service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Self-parking available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Temperature checks and face coverings are required for all hotel and restaurant guests.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Room Service:  Available every day 24/7
  • Xanat : Open  7 days a week from 6:30 am to 11:00 pm.
  • Bar: Open from 01:00 pm through 12:00 am
  • Executive Lounge: Closed.
  • Gym: Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
  • Health Club and Pool: Open from 7am to 8pm (all exercise activities must have a 4 mts. Distance, max. stay time per guest - 45 min on weights and cardio machines, max. of 2 pax. in the weight room at the same time, max of 8 pax. In the pool at the same time).
  • Meeting & Event Spaces: Available with social distancing measures and following local regulations.
  • Sauna and Steam: Open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm
  • Whirlpool: Closed

Starting December 6, 2021, all air passengers, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 24 hours before travel to the United States. Additionally, Non US citizens must be fully vaccinated to travel to the United States by air.


The safety and well-being of our guests are of paramount importance to us. This is why JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City offers our guests up to 2 complimentary on-site COVID-19 tests per room for registered guests staying 2 consecutive nights or longer. As requirements can vary as to time needed for test prior to re-entry and/or specific test types, we recommend guests review the requirements of their country of origin or final destination.


Terms and conditions: Some restrictions apply, subject to change. Maximum number of complimentary tests per room : 2. Minimum 2-night stay required. Tests are held Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am through 03:00 pm. On-property testing options are rapid antigen tests, which are approved testing per the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.
