Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key. Service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app or In-Room Dining menu available through QR code and order taken by telephone.
  • Self-parking available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Temperature screening for guests, associates and vendors is available at entry points.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • IN ROOM DINING: Available 24/7. Brought to the room in carry out boxes.    
  • 25DOS RESTAURANT: Á la carte and takeaway service on all dishes and drinks.
  • BREAKFAST REMIX, our W style buffet option (QR code) at the table. Monday to Saturday Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Lunch and dinner from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Downloadable menu as QR code. Sunday: Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Lunch and dinner from 12:00 pm to 10:00 p.m. Downloadable menu as QR code.                                                                                  
  • WASH (laundry service): From Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. with additional charge.
  • WHEELS: Self-parking available with additional charge.
  • AWAY SPA and FIT are closed.                                                                                          
  • LIVING ROOM BAR is closed. Adapted as a common area offering snacks from Monday to Sunday from 12:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. 
  • New VIP welcome amenity delivery protocol.
  • In-room shopping via QR code.
  • 25DOS: Menu available through QR Code. Open. Hours of service: Monday to Saturday (Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.; Lunch and Dinner: 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.). Sundays (Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; Lunch and Dinner 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.).
  • In-Room Dining: Menu available through QR code and order taken by telephone. In-Room Dining Waiter keeps social distancing and disinfects all items. Guests can take its trolley and, only if agreed, the Waiter comes in.
