Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

As you will be in Miami Dade County during your stay with us, we would like to bring to your attention to, or remind you, our county's Emergency Order 20-20 requiring everyone to wear a facial covering when entering the hotel or in public. This is being enforced, and please be aware that local enforcement is issuing fines to anyone not in compliance.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer alternative services or products. Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Skip the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room using Mobile Key.
  • Mobile Dining. Order in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
  • Mobile Chat. If you need anything else, don't hesitate to engage with our team through your mobile App and chat live.

We take hygiene and cleanliness standards very seriously. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices: You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates will wear PPE (Face Coverings, Gloves etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. Let us know if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay at all.
  • Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening associates and vendors at entry points. For guests we will be temperature screening where required by law.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We've deployed enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in all public spaces.
  • UV Sanitizing: We've activated enhanced technologies to disinfect room keys and pens to ensure every key and pen you touch is clean and ready to use.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Masks must be worn in public spaces at all times within the hotel, unless enjoying a meal/drink.

We are committed to making the amenities at our hotel available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

To date, the modifications we have made include:

 

  • Our Fitness Center and Pool is open and operating under reduced hours
  • Dining options are available, and you can use the Bonvoy Mobile App to order deliver
  • Airport Shuttle is operational from 5am until 1am, and run every 30 minutes with 50% capacity to allow adequate physical distancing
  • M Club is not currently operating
  • Mia's Pantry is fully operational proudly brewing Starbucks coffee and many food and beverage options
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • In-room coffee makers are available only upon request
