Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In consideration of our guests and associates and per the safety rules and guidelines set forth by Miami-Dade County Emergency Order 23-20, you are required to wear a face mask at all times in the City of Miami. This is strictly enforced while on property.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel..

Housekeeping Service: We have modified our housekeeping practices to minimize the number of times we enter your room. Each guest room is thoroughly disinfected between each guest and housekeeping team will not enter your guest room during your stay unless you request services at the time of arrival.

In order to comply with local regulations, we have modified our operations in several areas throughout the hotel.


The Pool is located on the 5th floor, the furniture is setup 6' feet apart keeping social distancing guidelines. The pool will be open from 6:00am - 8:00pm.

  • Only hotel guest and accompanied guests who are registered to the room are allowed to use the pool. (Four guests maximum per room)
  • No outside food & beverage is permitted during pool operating hours.
  • Only alcohol served by the hotel bartender can be consumed at the pool.

Fitness Center is available 24-hours with your room key, please follow social distancing guidelines


The Essentials Store is located lobby level, available 24-hours for purchase of sundries, snacks and beverages

  • Catch Grill + Bar - open daily 5:00pm - 11:00pm, 7 days a week
  • Espressamente Illy Café located lobby level is open 6:00am - 4:00pm
  • 180° Pool Bar located poolside on the fifth floor is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11:00am - 6:00pm

  • All function space has a separate entrance and exit with sanitizer stations throughout meeting space.
