Now it's time to kick it up a notch. As part of Marriott International's family of brands, we have implemented a multi-pronged approach to meet the health and safety requirements of our "Commitment to Clean" standards.

We have further raised our already diligent cleaning standards and protocols, while making some tweaks to our services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

So here is what you can expect from your stay at Aloft, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
We installed signs in all common areas, elevators, entry doors, we discontinue the valet parking services until further notice, we disinfect the keys often (we don't have mobile key yet) hand sanitizing station are located in elevators lobby, entrance and thru out the lobby and common areas, acrylic partitions are installed in the front desk area, all of our employees are using the mask and gloves, we are constantly disinfecting the common areas with the electrostatic gun, we give a welcome package to all guest with 2 mask and 2 disinfectant wipes, we are only serving the pots for breakfast, all items in the breakfast area were removed, no coffee dispenser, coffee is ordered at front desk and we serve it inside and give it to the guest.
We have a lobby attendant constantly disinfecting the commons areas with the electrostatic sprayers, bathrooms, etc, all of our employees use mask, and glove while performing their duties.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness center hours of operation are from 9 am to 7 pm, treadmills are 6 feet apart as well of bicycles and equipment, mask is required and disinfectant stations are located in the gym.
  • Pool hours of operation are from 9 am to 7 pm, chairs are 6 feet away form each other.
We are only serving breakfast pot by order also drinks in the fridge is open for the guest grab and pay at the front desk.
