Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility.  Please join us in our efforts to continue to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates).  We appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, as well as partitions installed at Front Desk and Concierge Desk.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. House Keeping must be scheduled through our Front Desk team in order to clean the room based on our guest's preferences and convenience.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Please note face masks are required for all guests in indoor public areas. Temperature screening is required for guests, associates, and vendors at entry points.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are currently unavailable, however, guests can request contactless coffee delivery to their rooms. As an in-room welcome amenity, all guests receive disinfectant wipes as well as upon request. We have removed some of the furniture and high-touch amenities from our guest rooms to provide a trusted environment for our guests.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

All services are open following all cleanliness and social distancing protocols including San Jose Restaurant, The Hacienda San Jose Spa, and our outdoor swimming pool.

 

  • San Jose Restaurant: Open 7 days a week from 07:00 AM through 11:00 PM.
  • The Hacienda San Jose Spa: Open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM through 07:00 PM.
  • Outdoor Pool: Open.
San Jose Restaurant: Open with limited occupancy (in compliance with local regulations and Marriott International) 7 days a week from 07:00 AM through 11:00 PM.

Contactless room service is available.

In-room minibars are currently unavailable.
