Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. As per local regulation, as from May 1st 2022, in Italy:


  • COVID-19 Green Pass is only required to take part into events and business meetings.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

No valet service is available for parking.
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols and Housekeeping Services at Sheraton Lake Como

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

• Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Upon request, a new personal face mask is provided at check-in desk.
Room Amenities:

• In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request coffee delivery at our concierge

Housekeeping Service:

• Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide housekeeping every day. If you don’t wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Hotel Services:

We are committed to making all our guests' stay safe, without betraying our standards of service and hospitality. We have applied a rigorous security protocol for both our guests and all hotel employees and their suppliers so that we can ensure the highest health and safety standards as per current legislation and indications provided by Marriott International.

In particular:
• All guests of our outlets will measure the temperature at the entrance
• Alcohol-based sanitizing gels are available in different areas of the hotel
• Social distancing is guaranteed both in the swimming pool and in restaurants and other common areas
• The entrance and exit routes in the various restaurants are indicated by special signs
• The common areas and rooms are subject to an accurate sanitization and cleaning process, including air conditioning systems

Check-in and concierge
All our staff must use the mask during the shift. Payment with electronic or contactless tools are encouraged.

Fitness Centre
Our Fitness Centre is open 24 hours a day but only upon reservation. Multiple entries are not allowed. A complete sanitization of the location is guranateed at the end of each training session.

Pool & Outdoors
The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is fully operational. Sun umbrellas and deck chairs are organized to ensure adequate social distancing.
Restaurants & Bars
Our guests have at their disposal a wide choice of dining opportunities. In common indoor spaces, the use of a mask is mandatory, except when seated, while the hotel staff is always equipped with it.
Buffets are not allowed.
The tables are organized to guarantee an adequate social distancing, while the register of all guests is available to the authorities and is kept for 14 days as required by law.
At the entrance there is a temperature measurement while an alcohol-based hand sanitizer is always available.
