Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
As per local regulation COVID-19 green pass will be required to visit all indoor hospitality (restaurants and bars, spa & swimming pools) from August 6 in Italy. It will provide proof that the holder has either received at least one dose of the vaccine, has recovered from the virus or tested negative in the previous 48 hours.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with limited capacity in our lobby area, restaurant, bar, Sheraton fitness and swimming pool.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the hotel, including the lobby near the main entrance, next to the elevators on every floor and at the entrances of the restaurant, bar, swimming pool and Sheraton Fitness.
  • We have a limited on-site parking, please contact the hotel in advance.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitizing, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restrooms and elevators, as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high trafficked areas.
  • Housekeeping services: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Please note that the Make a Green Choice Program is currently not available. Let us know if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature Screening: We will be taking a temperature screening at the restaurant prior entering to it.
  • Room Amenities: Minibars are all sanitized and sealed and will be available in every room. Literature including magazines and books have been removed from rooms. For your convenience and online reading Pressreader is available. Sanitizing wipes are provided in rooms.
  • Environment sanitization: we have implemented hygiene and sanitization protocols in our areas. We adopt the customized system of sanitization in continuous Sanixair 24/7, ensuring the highest levels of safety to our guests.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Sheraton Fitness : Available 24/7 only for internal guests. Access one person at a time.
  • Swimming pool: our outdoor pool is open for external and hotel guests. Opening hours: 10am - 8pm.
  • Spa area, relax area, massages and all other treatments are not available until further notice.
  • Sheraton Club: Is not available until further notice.
  • We have a limited on-site parking, please contact the hotel in advance.

Our outlets are open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with the following timing:


  • Breakfast from 07.00 am to 10.00 am
  • All-day Dining from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm
  • Dinner from 06.00 pm - 11.00 pm
  • Room service hours are the following: All-day Dining - 24/7*


*Limited menu from 11.00 pm that can be arranged by calling the reception.
