Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing as well as the Wisconsin mask mandate, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Public areas have sanitizing stations at front desk and elevators for your safety. Pool and fitness centers are open with registration at front desk to safely allow guest to use these areas with the capacities and guidelines in place.

Housekeeping is limited to reduce contact during stays however if requested housekeeping will service your room during stay. Items are delivered to door upon request. All rooms are sanitized after each guest as well as sanitizing wipes are placed in all rooms for guests use.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required, due to Wisconsin Mask Mandate, to wear face coverings in public areas.

Room Amenities: Rooms are sanitized after check-out and housekeeping is limited during stay to avoid additional contact, unless requested. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open with registration at front desk due to limited capacities, masks required at all times.
Pool and Whirlpool: Open with registration at front desk due to limited capacities.
Shuttle: Operating with reservations at front desk, masks required at all times.
Restaurant, Bar and Coffee Bar: Open, masks required for entry.
Waterlin Coffee Bar and Bistro
  • Tuesday - Saturday 6am - 11am Coffee Bar 4pm-9pm Bar, Dinner in Restaurant, Curbside Pickup or Delivery with Doordash, In Room Dining
  • All associates required to wear face coverings continuously
  • Guests are required to wear masks upon entry
  • Additional hand sanitization stations at high touchpoints
  • Seating is now limited to groups of six or less at each table
  • Tables and seating are spaced out six feet apart due to social distancing guidelines
  • Single use menus
