Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions installed at Front Desks.
  • Hydroalcoholic disinfectant gel provided throughout the property.
  • The use of face masks are mandatory for all guests and employees. For those in need, face masks are provided free of charge.
  • Mobile check-in and other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobbies, restaurants and bars, gym and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local law, guests are also required to wear personal face coverings. We provide face masks free of charge to those guests in need.
  • Room Amenities: We have removed all paper stationary in order to minimize risks. We have replaced glassware and replaced with individually sealed plastic ware. We utilize hospital grade disinfectant for the TV remote control and other surfaces in your guest room. Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. For your health and safety we will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us should you desire and while you are away from the room. If you need additional supplies, fresh towels or linens, simply dial "0" from your room or contact the front desk and we will be happy to deliver them. We can also provide cleaning supplies for your individual use. Deliveries will be placed into plastic bags and left outside your door.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, limited capacity of 8 people and face masks required at all times.

We do not offer a breakfast buffet. Our breakfast offerings will be limited to pastries, whole fruit, yogurts and granola bars along with Starbucks coffee.

Stella bar is open Wednesday thru Saturday from 4pm - 10pm. We will be offering a limited small-plates bar menu, along with our full beverage menu. All of our venues and banquet spaces have been adapted to comply with the local laws. We also have replaced all paper menus with QR code information in order to minimize risks.
