Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing, with revised capacities in our restaurants, bars and fitness areas in accordance with local government guidance.
  • Hand sanitiser stations are available in high-traffic areas.
  • Partitions have been installed at front desks and food service counters.
  • Self-Parking is recommended whilst valet parking is available on request. On-site parking is available free of charge for guests.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request.

In keeping with the highest standards of cleanliness, we have meticulously attended to every detail of this space for you. You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you prefer not to get housekeeping services, please contact us by sending us a message via the Marriott Bonvoy App or by letting us know at check-in.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Based on the directions by the local authorities, face masks must be worn in all indoor public areas of the hotel, including the lobby and reception area, corridors and on entering and exiting from restaurants. Staff members will also wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. 
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Temperature Screening: We will be temperature screening all our associates, guests and visitors at entry points.

Room Amenities:
  • Minibars - minibars are sanitized daily.
  • Literature including Magazines, Books have been removed from rooms. In-room dining menus are available in digital format.
  • Kettles - Sanitised for your safety.
  • Disinfectant wipes are provided in rooms.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:
  • WestinWORKOUT® Fitness Studio: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking is required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols and social distancing. Towels are not provided.
  • Swimming Pools: Open during the summer months, with reduced capacities.
  • Westin Family Kids Club: Open with limited hours during the summer months. Booking in advance is required. Registration will take place outside the kids club whilst activities will take place in various areas around the resort and not inside the Westin Family Kids Club.
Digital menus are available in all restaurants and bars as well as for in-room dining (single-use physical menus also available). We strongly recommend advance booking and use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments.

Some restaurants and bars may not open daily.
