Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at the front desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and guest service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app are available.
  • We are unable to provide daily housekeeping service, but you may call Service Express for any amenity needs, fresh towels, and trash removal.
  • Elevators are limited to 2 people or 1 family.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Personal face coverings are mandatory in all public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: We have had to remove several amenities from our rooms, but please call Service Express if you need assistance with extra bedding, fresh towels, or extra amenities. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. 
  • Fitness Center: Closed
  • Pool: Open with social distancing and face masks must be worn while walking.
  • Hot Tub: Closed
  • Kids Club: Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Available upon request within town limits. No service to ski lodges.
  • Whitebark Restaurant and Lounge: Indoor dining is not available. Grab & Go options for breakfast and dinner are available during 7am-10am and 5pm-9pm
  • In Room Dining: Modified door delivery service available during restaurant hours 7am-10am and 5pm-9pm
  • Ski Storage: Available down by the village gondola
  • Bike Storage: Available
  • Marketplace: Open with social distancing
  • Parking: No valet service is currently available for parking. Self-parking only, cars must be under 7 feet tall for underground parking.
  • Whitebark Restaurant and Lounge: Indoor dining is not available. Grab & Go options for breakfast and dinner are available during 7am-10am and 5pm-9pm.
  • Modified In Room Dining available during restaurant hours.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
