The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at the front desk and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and guest service requests via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app are available.
  • As part of our commitment to you, we have deeply cleaned your room in preparation for your arrival. Unless you choose otherwise, we will not provide daily housekeeping service in an effort to maintain a contact-lite experience. Daily refresh service is available upon request prior to arrival or at time of check in.
  • Valet service is currently available for parking $15 per day.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Personal face coverings are mandatory in all public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: We have had to remove several amenities from our rooms, but please call Service Express if you need assistance with extra bedding, fresh towels, or extra amenities. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request
  • Fitness Center: 24hrs
  • Pool: Open 
  • Hot Tub: Open
  • Kids Club: Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Available upon request within town limits. No service to ski lodges.
  • Whitebark Restaurant and Lounge: Indoor dining is available. Breakfast 7am-10am and Dinner 5pm-9pm
  • In Room Dining: Modified door delivery service available during restaurant hours 7am-10am and 5pm-9pm
  • Ski Storage: Available down by the village gondola during winter season.
  • Bike Storage: Available

  • Parking: Valet service is currently available for $15 daily parking. Self-parking, cars must be under 7 feet tall for underground parking.
