Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage «Please, keep the distance» are located throughout the hotel in all the areas in order to remind the guests to maintain social distance. Floors in public areas are marked as well with the proper notice. Restaurants seats are reduced and appropriate signs are visible according to the local and federal regulations. Partitions are installed at all front desk areas and food and beverages lines.

Mobile check-in, service requests and room service orders are available for delivery to the room via Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott Commitment to Clean, we have implemented several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced public space cleaning and disinfecting based on the volume of use with the recommended disinfectants.
  • Property provides additional Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for associates to use. Staff members wear PPE based on the activities they are performing and according to local regulations.
  • Trainings are delivered according to Commitment to Clean Program up to different positions.
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers present, functional and properly stocked in all high-traffic public areas throughout the property and in heart of house spaces.
  • Guests are provided with PPE at the entrance of the hotel.
  • Ultraviolet lamps are installed.

 

Room Cleanliness

  • Property is compliant with the norms and recommendations given by local authorities.
  • Rooms are disinfected properly after each guest using professional disinfectors.
  • At the day of arrival each room is marked with a door - hanger «Disinfected».


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services available to you while complying to local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public areas and reinforcing social distancing. PPE is recommended for all guests, available at the entrance in case a guest lacks it.
