Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We are committed to keeping a clean and hygienic environment for our associates, guests and customers.
 

Additionally, we carefully follow the recommendations of the The Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) and take special measures to ensure your health and protection, including:

 

  • Implementation of express check-in and check-out procedures of mobile application to minimize communication and contactless non-cash payment methods availability;
  • Special signage throughout the hotel and seating in the restaurant area;
  • Regular contactless checking of the temperature of hotel guests at the main entrance;
  • Obligatory temperature check of all employees at the entrance to the hotel, mandatory wearing of protective face masks and gloves.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: An individual set for each guest, including a face mask, gloves and a sanitizer.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.In addition to cleaning procedures, the mandatory disinfection of rooms after the departure of guests and before the arrival of the next guest with special attention to items of constant use.
  • Disinfection of commonly used items such as magnetic keys and pens.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

Mobile Dining: use our electronic QR code menu to order Room Service delivery, as well as to make orders at our bar "Alexandrovsky".
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
