Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. As you prepare for your stay, we would like to share details of recommended by Marriott's Commitment to Clean and local health department and the additional measures we are taking to provide you with a safe and comfortable environment. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas, including elevators, restrooms, stairs, reception desk etc. as well as we have installed more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.


Room Amenities

 

  • Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest.
  • All bedding and towels washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.


We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Face coverings are recommended.
  • Wellness Center indoor pool: Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Outdoor Park Area: Open.
  • Restaurant East 37 and Terrace: Open. Face coverings are recommended.
  • Meeting Facilities: Open. The hotel provides social distancing. Face coverings are recommended.
  • Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule.
  • Lounge: Open at Restaurant East 37 during restaurant opening hours. Face coverings are recommended.
  • Snacks and drinks room delivery is available for guests with access to the Club Lounge.
  • Restaurant East 37 and Terrace: Open. Mon.-Fri. 2:00 PM-11:00 PM, Sat.-Sun. 12:00 PM-11:00 PM. An electronic menu is available to guests. It is possible to order takeaway. The hotel is monitoring over occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurant. Face coverings are recommended.
  • Club Lounge: Open at Restaurant East 37 during restaurant opening hours. Face coverings are recommended. Snacks and drinks room delivery is available for guests with access to the Club Lounge.
  • Restaurant Voyager: Closed until further notice.
  • Lobby Bar: Closed until further notice.
  • Food and Beverage Service (Contactless Delivery): Daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM, room service orders delivered right to guest door.
