Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Staff members wears PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Room Amenities
  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery through Room service.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Guest accommodation sealed after cleaning
  • Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays.
  • Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.
The modifications we have made include:


  • Front Desk: Operating on Normal Schedule, 24-hours
  • Fitness Center: Open, Operating on normal schedule, 24-hours, masks required
  • Piano Bar: Open daily from 07.00 to 19.00, social distancing required
  • Vladimir Restaurant: Closed until further notice
  • Club Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Spa Lanna Kamilina: Open, reservation required
The modifications we have made include:
  • Piano Bar: Open daily from 07.00 to 19.00, social distancing required
  • Room Service: Open daily from 07.00 to 22.00
  • Vladimir Restaurant: Closed until further notice
