Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage in the hotel to remind our guests to maintain social distances and partitions installed at front desk and markups in guest elevators in compliance with local and state mandates. F&B team monitors social distances in Orlov lounge and during the breakfast time. SPA administrators enforce social distances and occupancy limits in GYM & Sauna. Mobile check in, service requests and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott`s Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout the property and in guest rooms to make sure our guests are in complete safety:

 

  • Staff well being and Personal protective Equipment: We care of our employees, who will care of our guests in a consequence. We do COVID-19 medical tests to ensure the staff is healthy. Furthermore, each staff member`s temperature is measured continuously at a minimum of each four hours. Our staff members wear PPE on a constant basis (face covering, gloves, etc.). Guests are highly recommended by local authorities to wear gloves and face coverings in public zones.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: The frequency of cleaning and disinfection of all public areas has been increased. More hand sanitizing stations have been added. Fresh air ventilation is done on a constant basis as recommended by local authorities.
  • Enhanced room cleaning protocols: To support our already rigorous cleaning protocols we have added 24-hours departure rooms quarantine, compulsory full room disinfection after each departure, 7 days guest amenities quarantine, frequent fresh air ventilation, ventilation system disinfection on a constant basis, etc.
  • Room amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the rooms for every arriving guest and upon guest`s requests. Even untouched guest amenities will be put on 7-days quarantine after each guest departure.

Marriott Commitment to Clean training is 100% done.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are excited to have amenities and hotel services available for you while complying with local regulations (including guidance on reducing capacity):

  • GYM: Open, masks required for entry, we recommend booking GYM in advance as we monitor space occupancy

  • UV air recirculator in the lobby.
  • 2 hours standard cleaning of all door handles, surfaces and toilettes.
  • Alcohol gel disinfectors, masks are available free of charge.
  • Marriott Commitment to Clean training is 100% done.
