The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage throughout the resort encourages social distancing, with reminders that unvaccinated guests and customers are required to wear masks indoors while in public areas. For fully vaccinated customers and guests, masks are optional.
  • Notations on the guest elevators limit capacity to "4 Guests or One family at a time" in the elevator cab
  • Front Desk limits interactions to one group / family per pod at a time
  • At Your Service' room amenity deliveries may be performed by contactless interaction

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and escalators and provided more hand sanitizing stations. Sanitation Experts are deployed in public space areas for constant sanitation of high touch areas.


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

All associates, regardless of their vaccination status, will be required to wear a mask while indoors. Fully vaccinated associates are permitted to work outdoors without a mask. Unvaccinated guests and customers are required to wear masks indoors while in public areas. For fully vaccinated customers and guests, masks are optional. Masks are available throughout the resort for guest convenience or cloth masks can be purchased in resort boutiques.

 

Housekeeping Service

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, unless otherwise requested, a refresh service will be provided to your room daily. If you do not wish to receive daily service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

 

Electrostatic Spraying

We're deploying enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

We are committed to making the amenities at our resort available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity and reinforcing social distancing within indoor public spaces.

Our Paradise Planner offers daily dining menus, hours and additional amenities currently available, including:

 

  • Our Pools and 10.1-acre Private Beach are open and welcoming guests.
  • Daily activities and our most popular excursions to keep you active during your stay.
  • The Rookery & Hammock Bay Golf Course are open for play and Clubhouse facilities are available.
  • The Spa by JW offers full spa services.
  • Multiple Resort Fitness Centers are available.
  • All food and beverage associates are trained on safe food preparation and service practices.
  • Mobile Dining option is available through the Marriott Bonvoy App. 
  • Our Paradise Planner offers daily dining menus and hours of operation for all restaurants so you can plan accordingly.
