Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
Since our guest’s and employee’s health is very meaningful and important to us, we have implemented preventive measures based on health services.
We will offer you a disinfected room left empty in the last 24 hours before your arrival. During your stay, a restricted turndown service will be available upon request from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Only the dishes and the bathroom will be then cleaned. However, you are more than welcome to contact us if you have any request regarding the products and amenities’ restoking as well as the linen. We are committed to strengthening the cleaning and disinfection of the rooms and all our property ‘s common areas.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
Following the last established sanitary measures, we inform you that the SPA and relaxation area schedule has been adjusted. The SPA facilities will be available from 10 :00 AM to 06:00 PM, only upon slots booking. Please if you are interested in having access to these facilities we will invite you to come by the Hotel Front desk or the SPA reception's desk.

In accordance with the sanitary and social distancing policy, our Hamman will be unfortunately not accessible.

In order to restore yourself in the best conditions, our Food and beverage team have established a brand-new specific organization with the following:


  • Breakfast: available at The Atmoph'R Restaurant, where you will be able to order and have a Table Service from 07:00 to 10:00 AM (10:30 Am during the week end) - Or with room Service from 07:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
  • Lunch: At the Amosph'R restaurant Terrace from 12:00 PM to 14:30 PM. With Formulas with the dish of the Day and all the A la carte "Classics".
  • Cocktails and Dinner: From 14:30 you can have access our "Jardin Ephem'R" and its terrace to taste our Cocktails, our A la carte season Menu " Céviche" as well as all our essentials.
