Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and seating capacity reduction in our Market and lobby bar, The Hub in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at the front desk pods.

Mobile check-in and mobile key available through the Marriott Bonvoy app for contactless check-in and checkout.

Indoor pool and fitness center capacities have been reduced in compliance with local and state mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in our guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are not currently available, except upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open 24 hours per day and all equipment is placed to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
  • Shuttle: Operating based on availability with reduced capacity according to local guidelines.
  • Indoor Pool: Open for reduced hours each day, reduced capacity to 50% with all seating spaced according to social distancing guidelines.
  • The Market is open from 7am to 7pm with hot and cold food offerings available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
  • The Hub lobby bar is open Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm to 9pm with food service available from 4pm to 9pm. To-go orders are available upon request.

All food and beverage team members wear PPE including masks and gloves. All food offerings are presented in disposable containers and signage is present throughout both outlets encouraging proper social distancing.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
