Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
The well-being of our guests and team members is our highest priority. We're ready to welcome you back and would like to share some of the steps we've taken to ensure the your visit with us is safe and comfortable.

Our team has implemented enhanced sanitation protocols across the hotel, developed with guidance by local health officials, the CDC, AHLA Safe Stay Guidelines and other government agencies. The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting the hotel, with additional focus on high-touch surfaces such as front desk, elevators, door handles and public restrooms has been increased to ensure a clean and safe environment.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 6am-9pm daily, masks required, limited capacity based on guidelines.
Valet: Temporarily unavailable. Self-park options available, please see front desk.
Restaurant: Giulia is open for dine-in or take-out Tuesdays-Saturdays from 5-10pm. Limited menu.
Spyhouse Lounge: Open daily from 7am - 1pm.
To further ensure the health and safety of our guests and team members, in-room dining will not be available for delivery. Guests are welcome to order from the restaurant for take-out. Team members are required to wear face coverings and gloves during food preparation and service.

Our restaurant, Giulia, is currently open for dinner Tuesdays through Saturdays. Spyhouse coffee lounge is open from 7am to 1pm daily.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
