Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage from the moment you approach the front door, to the front desk, to the elevator, to remind guests of the need for social distancing and face mask usage in public areas.
  • Pool and gym established at lesser capacities with social distancing guidelines set-up.
  • Contactless check-in for guest safety and convenience.
  • Offering in Market and Cafe safely packaged and prepared.
  • Mobile service requests and room requests in place.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, the pool, fitness center, and lobby as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings which fit comfortably over their nose and mouth.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Wellness Checks On Team Members: Temperature checks are conducted daily to all team members entering the hotel. Team members go through a 4 point inspection of their wellness prior to starting their shift.
  • All shared items throughout the hotel have been removed, such as throw pillows, pool toys, and decorations on tables. Guest rooms are simplified with the removal of robes, throw pillows, and loose collateral pieces. Any and all are available by request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made currently include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times and social distancing signage and guidelines are in place.
  • Pool: Open with restricted capacity to 16 people. Social distancing guidelines are enforced surrounding pool on deck.
  • Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule, capacity of shuttle reduced by 50%, 8 total passengers allowed during a given trip.
  • Club Lounge: Closed.
  • Wadsworth Bar and Grill is currently closed.
  • Boundary Waters Cafe is open Monday through Friday, 6:30am until 11am, Saturday and Sunday, 7a-12pm.
  • Lobby Market is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
