The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel has placed signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. We abide by occupancy limits and reduced seating capacities in our restaurants and bars in compliance with local and state mandates.

Mobile check-in and keys are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Service requests are available through our guest services at any time, including contactless delivery of room service.

Complementing Marriott's Commitment to Clean, The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel has enhanced cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

  • Public Spaces: Touchless hand sanitizing stations are located throughout The Sheraton Hotel, and our team frequently cleans and disinfects public spaces, particularly in areas with high traffic, such as restrooms, elevators, front desk, restaurants, and fitness center.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The Sheraton Hotel associates wear face coverings, as well as other PP­­E, such as gloves, based on the activities they are performing. Following direction by the local authorities and CDC. For fully vaccinated customers and guests masks are optional. Consistent with CDC guidelines, unvaccinated guests and customers should wear masks.
  • Room Amenities: Personal hand sanitizers are provided upon request. In-room food and beverage amenities are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. For the safety of our guests and associates, daily housekeeping service will only be provided if scheduled with the front desk the day prior or before 2PM the day of. Housekeeping can provide the scheduled stay over service before 4:30 pm daily while you are away from you room. Any requests after 4:30 pm must be schedule for the following day. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

The Sheraton Hotel culinary team upholds uncompromising food preparation standards, honoring your health and safety. Venues are open, following local regulations on social distancing practices and hours of operation. These offerings include:

  • Contactless In-Room Dining is available Monday - Saturday from 6:30 am to 11:00 am. Orders can be placed by calling in-room Dining.
  • Lela our signature restaurant, and the adjacent Bar are open for service Monday - Saturday from 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Happy Hour is available Monday - Saturday from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
  • Lela Restaurant serves breakfast Monday - Saturday from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, including takeout options.
  • Side Bar Starbucks available on Sunday from 7:00 am - 11:00 am.
