We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

All shared items have been replaced with single-use disposable alternatives, including the personalized welcome letter and all food menus. This ensures that each item around the hotel is only touched by one guest and then disposed of by recycling. We have removed any items that are unable to be effectively cleaned after guest use.

Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property as well as signage reminding our guests to practice social distancing, wear face coverings (mandatory inside of all public spaces) and limit elevator usage to one person or one party. Our staff has also been trained on disinfecting any items that we return to guests, such as pens at Lela or credit cards. We will also practice contactless payment when available, such as check-in or for in-room dining orders.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings inside of all public spaces.
  • Housekeeping Daily Service: Staff is performing daily housekeeping service for guests, but associates are unable to enter rooms with the guest present. Should guests wish to forego housekeeping service and not have staff enter the guestroom at any point, please place the "Do Not Disturb" hanger on the door. If you would like any items replenished, the team will place them in a bag either outside the door or inside the room when vacant. Please rest assured that the entire team has undergone rigorous COVID-19 cleaning protocols, utilizing EPA-approved cleaning & disinfecting agents, and is always equipped with proper PPE, including face masks and gloves.
  • In-room coffee makers and ice buckets are currently removed from the room to stay sanitized. Guests can request a contactless delivery of these items after check in.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open, limited capacity based on city ordinances.
  • Lela, on-site Restaurant: Reservations and Lela To Go available Monday - Saturday from 4 pm - 9 pm
  • Lounge: Closed
Breakfast grab-and-go items, as well as snacks, beverages and alcoholic beverages, are available for purchase at the front desk.

Lela is offering in restaurant dining as well as To-Go through Tock. Our culinary team has worked to create a streamlined menu of guest favorite items that are available for order.
