The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Consistent with the most recent local mandates from Orleans Parish, regardless of vaccination status, wearing a mask or face covering indoors is currently mandated for everyone. Proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within 72 hours is not required to check into the hotel.

Beginning Monday, Aug. 16, all individuals 12 years of age and older must provide one of the following prior to sitting at the hotel's indoor restaurant(s) and bar(s): 1) Vaccination: Evidence of having received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine that has received full approval or emergency use authorization from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or the World Health Organization, or 2) Negative Test Results: Evidence of a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken no more than 72 hours prior.


Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants as well as elevators and meeting spaces are in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Partitions also being used in function spaces.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in public areas of the hotel.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. This is taking place on our overnight shift.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • All guest ice machines have been shut down. Front desk is providing ice in individual bags on request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times. Every other machine is placed out of order. Removed free weights, kettle bells, yoga mats.
Lobby Bar: Open, face masks required at all times. Select seating removed to ensure proper social distancing.
Executive Lounge: Open for breakfast Saturday - Sunday from 7am - 11am with snacks available throughout the day.
In Room Dining: Available Thursday - Saturday from 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.

  • Lobby Bar is open Monday - Friday for breakfast from 6:30 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  • Lobby Lounge Bar is open Sunday - Wednesday from 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Thursday - Saturday from 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Installed flashing lights to go off every hour in the kitchen as a call to action to clean your station.
  • Installed plexiglass dividers at the bar and at communal tables for social distancing.
