Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our property to remind guests to maintain social distancing, mandatory face coverings in all public areas, seating capacity reduction in our restaurant/bar area in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desk & food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Limited housekeeping service with stay over service being provided by request only. Guests will have to schedule a time with the front desk, when they will be out of the room, and housekeeping will provide new towels as well as trash pick up.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, masks required at all times. Limit 5 guests at a time.
Restaurant/Bar: Open, masks required for entry and must be worn when not seated at a table.
Business Center: Open, limit 1 guest at a time.
Bistreaux Metairie: Open for breakfast lunch, and dinner with social distancing protocols in place. Face masks/coverings must be worn at all times when not seated at a table.

The Market: Open 7 days a week from 6am - 10am. Social distancing protocols are in place as well as partitions between guests and barista.
