We wanted to outline a few of the changes and enhancements you should expect during your stay - including changes to our amenities, services and facilities.

Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage and Sanitization Stations are set up through the Resort encouraging guest to use.
  • Face Masks Required signs are placed in Front and on every entrance door in compliance with the county and Marriott Guidelines.
  • Pool Deck is sectioned out with 2x2 Pool Chairs and Beach Chairs to practice Social Distancing.
  • Flags are placed on Pool Chairs to notify guest chairs have been sanitized for use.
  • Mobile Check-in is live and encouraged.
  • Sealed Safety stickers are on ALL Guest Room doors showing sanitization of guest room and inspection.
  • Stayover service is conducted every third day or daily upon request at check in.
  • All dishes are in dishwashers and tagged as sanitized.
  • Only assigned housekeepers are removing linens with PP&E in special bags to take to Laundry before the housekeeping team cleans the room and is then inspected.
  • QR codes are placed on tables in Restaurants for guest to use their own phones to access menus.
  • No Valet service available.
  • Bell carts are sanitized after each use and stickers are placed notifying guest they have been sanitized.
  • Enhanced Public and Outdoor Cleaning has been put in place including grounds keeping.
  • Hand sanitizing stations are set up through out the Resort.
  • Special covers are placed over our Housekeeping carts to keep fresh linen sanitized when cleaning a guest room.
  • All coffee stations inside the Guest Room has been sealed with safety stickers for your comfort.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

While our new normal is prevailing in travel we are committed in keeping you safe while experiencing island time here at Playa Largo Resort and Spa. We have altered our times of service through out our Resort to include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face mask required at all times
  • Spa: Open 10 am - 5 pm, sanitation and cleaning after services take longer than normal, reservations are encouraged
  • Pool and Beach: Open, chairs are placed encouraging Social Distancing
  • Kids Club: Closed, Sports Courts are open and equipment can be checked out at the Front Desk
  • La Marea: Breakfast Open 7 am - 11 pm Daily, On August 20th, 2020 PM La Marea will open 6 pm - 10 pm
  • SOL by the Sea: Lunch/Dinner Open 12 pm - 10 pm Daily
  • The Sand Bar: Pool and Beach Dining, Open 11 am - 8 pm Daily
  • In Room Dining, Open 7 am for Breakfast until 11 am, All Day Dining 11 am - 10 pm
  • Eventide Celebration: 30 minutes before Sunset Nightly at Dawn
  • A QR Code is presented to you upon arrival at each of our Dining experiences here at Playa Largo Resort and Spa. Point your personal phones camera toward the QR Code and our Dining options and menus will appear for your sanitation convenience.
  • Tables and experiences have been spaced apart 6ft for your safety and comfort.
  • Each Table will be fully sanitized and inspected before your dining experience will occur.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
