Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
We promote self-distancing and the correct use of masks to our guests with several signs placed all throughout our hotel public areas. The capacity of elevators and our restaurant has been reduced as stated by local authorities.

To assure your comfort you may use the Marriott Bonvoy™ app to do your check-in or any other request you may have.

We do not have available valet parking currently.
We have improved the cleaning services provided in public spaces and our hotel rooms according to the new protocols implemented by Marriott.

Public spaces: we have increased the frequency in which we clean and disinfect highly concurred areas such as the bathrooms, elevators and stairs; we also have installed dispensers with antibacterial gel within reach of every guest.

Personal safety gear: our staff members will have their proper safety gear on at all times in accordance to the instructions provided by local authorities. We request our guests to wear their masks in our public spaces.

Room services: in order to keep the surfaces sanitized the rooms will not be provided with a coffeemaker, nonetheless, you may request to be sent one at all times which will be sanitized and delivered to your room.

Disinfecting wipes: available in your room on your arrival, you may also request them.

New technologies: we use electrostatic sprayers with hospital grade disinfectant to back up our already rigorous cleaning protocols.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to make our hotel amenities and services available to you while complying with local regulations included the reduction in capacity of public spaces and self-distancing. We have made the following changes:

GYM: currently out of service.

Doña Mayor Restaurant: open from 7am to 9:30pm, we request our guests to wear a mask at all time while they are no eating.
Our restaurant service will remain opened from 7am to 9:30pm, to properly implement self-distancing amongst our guests the restaurant capacity will be reduced a 50%. Our room service is suspended in order to avoid the contact of our staff members with our guests assuring health as our top priority. We will be providing Grab and Go service which you can request through phone in your room or with the Mobile chat option in the Marriott Bonvoy ™ app.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier. At this hotel, please note that we currently offer the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:
  • Breakfast: Our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members may find their breakfast at the Doña Mayor restaurant from 7am to 11am
  • Lounge Access: At the moment, the Sheraton Club is not available, however, our Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador members will be able to have their appetizers from 6 pm to 7 pm
  • Welcome Gift: Gold, Platinum, Titanium and Ambassador will receive their points corresponding to their level as a welcome gift at the end of their stay.
  • Late Check-Out: Our Elite guests have Late check out priority, based on availability.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: All our members can check-in / check-out through the Marriott Bonvoy ™ app.
