Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Mobile check-in via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app is possible. No valet service is currently available for parking. A FFP2 face mask is required in public areas of the hotel. Usage of the elevator is limited to max. 2 persons.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and stairways as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are requested to wear personal face coverings.
  • Housekeeping: We offer a premium in-room cleaning service with special disinfectant and additional OZONE treatment upon request. Room cleaning is executed when the guests are not present in the room.
  • Room Amenities:
    • In-room coffee & tea makers are available.
    • Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest during Check-In as well as upon request.
    • All printed media have been removed in the rooms, but can be requested at the front desk.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your second night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Access to our hotel is allowed only to vaccinated or recovered guests. Please wear an FFP2 mask in all public areas of the hotel.

 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

The modifications we have made include:
 

  • Fitness Center: Daily 06.00 am - 10.00 pm 
  • Sauna & Steam Room: Monday - Friday, 10.00 am - 12.00 pm and 03.00 pm - 10.00 pm / Saturday - Sunday 10.00 am - 10.00 pm
  • Infrared Room: Currently closed until further notice
  • Pool: Daily, 06.00 am - 10.00 pm
  • Shuttle: Currently no shuttle-service available, taxi is possible

 

The use of our spa and fitness area can only be granted in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Access is only granted to rooms with full vaccination status or recovered guests.

Access to our restaurants and bars can only be granted to vaccinated and recovered people and in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Please wear an FFP2 mask in all public areas of the hotel.


Due to the local regulations, we adjusted the service times for our Food & Beverage outlets:

 

  • Breakfast Restaurant Molkerei: Monday - Friday, 06.30am- 10.00am / Saturday - Sunday, 06.30am -11.00am
  • Day Bar at the Loden Bar: Monday - Sunday, open 12:00pm - 12am
  • Restaurant Stub'n: Daily, 06.00 pm - 10.00 pm
  • Terrace: Daily, 06:30am - 10.00pm, in the summer months and according to weather conditions
  • Room service is available daily from 6.30am - 10.00pm.
  • Beverage & Snacks are 24/7 available on self-service machines next to the front desk in the lobby.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

Travelers should review the destination country's government guidance to confirm eligibility to travel & understand vaccination/testing requirements.

 

Please note that from November 16, 2021, the 2G rule will apply in Bavaria in all enclosed areas. This now also includes the hotel industry and gastronomy. Therefore, access to our hotel is only allowed to vaccinated or recovered guests. Access is possible for children up to 12 years of age as well as for guests who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and who prove this on site, in particular by presenting an original written medical certificate, provided they also present a negative PCR test.

 

Wearing an FFP2 mask in public areas is mandatory.
