Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We smile behind masks: all staff members are wearing mouth and nose protection in the front and back of house area
  • For your own safety: guests need to wear face masks in all public areas of the hotel as per legal requirements
  • The extra step: panes installed at the reception offer additional protection
  • Service at a distance: a safety distance of 1.5m is natural component of life in the hotel nowadays - front and back of house. Marks and curds help staff and guests to ensure the distance being kept at any time.
  • Keyless check-in: with the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App, you can easily and remotely let us know when you are planning to arrive and your room key will be available digitally - you can go straight to your guest room. During your stay, you can choose a time and drop by the reception to sign the registration as per German law. Once you have departed, just inform us via App as well.
  • Reach out digitally Connect with us via the Bonvoy ™ Mobile App with all your questions, or to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
  • At your disposal: for your regular use, disinfectant dispensers are put up at central stations of the hotel's public area.
  • Take temperature: all our staff members are offered to take their temperature when entering the hotel. The same service is available for our guests as well.
  • Hygienic payment: for everyone's health and safety, cash payment is not possible at the moment. Credit card terminals are being sanitized after every use.
  • Go up safely: elevators should only be entered by parties sharing the hotel room as well.
  • We take the time: rooms are cleaned 24hrs after departure with an intensive disinfection of all surfaces including coffee machines + kettles
  • Up to you: during your stay, your room is cleaned only upon your request
  • Drinks are served: Minibars are sanitized and will be available only upon request
  • Less is more: magazines and books are removed from all guest rooms.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations and reinforcing social distancing. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible keep your safety as high as the quality of your experience at our hotel.
