Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

A FFP2 face mask is required in public areas of the hotel.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face masks in public areas.

Room Amenities:
  • In-room coffee makers are currently available. Amenities in the minibar were removed and guest will be able to purchase items in the Grab and Go market.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • All printed media have been removed in the rooms, but can be requested at the front desk.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact out team at any time.

Upon arrival, a negative COVID-19 test result is needed, the tests must be repeated every 72 hours during the stay. Accepted tests are PCR test (no more than 48 hours prior to check-in), antigen rapid test (no more than 24 hours prior to check-in) or a self-test on-site. A test is not needed for fully vaccinated guests (full vaccination must have been at least 14 days prior to arrival). Please wear a surgical mask in all public areas in the hotel. 


We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness center opening hours: daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Pool opening hours: daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sauna opening hours: Weekends incl. holidays: 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - weekdays 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Spa treatments: currently not available


The use of our spa and fitness area can only be granted in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Access is only granted to rooms with full vaccination status or recovered guests.

Admission to our restaurants and bars can only be granted with a negative COVID-19 from the same day and in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations. Room service: daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Grill93: closed until further notice
