We have also made a few adjustments to the services, amenities, and facilities available during your stay.

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at our front desk and other areas of the hotel where there are service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, and service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Self parking is available and included in the daily resort fee. Valet parking is available for a daily fee of $18 per day.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning:
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including public restrooms & elevators, and have added hand sanitizing stations throughout the resort.   

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
All staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Face coverings for both staff and guests are required in all indoor public areas of the resort.

Room Amenities:

 

  • In-room coffee makers are available in-room and are thoroughly deep-cleaned after each guest check-out. 

 

  • Disinfectant wipes are placed in each guest room upon arrival.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort & Spa at Grand Dunes available to you while complying with local & state regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:   

Fitness Center - Open daily, 24 hours/day. We have made every other machine available for guests, adhering to social distancing guidelines. A sanitation station is available for guests to clean their equipment before and after each use.  

Spa - Hibiscus Spa is open daily from 8:00am - 5:00pm with limited services available.  Masks and temperature checks are required by all guests prior to their services.

Pools - Hotel pools are open daily from 7:00am - 11:00pm. Social distancing guidelines are in place and hand sanitizer stations have been added around the pool areas. Our water slide area is temporarily closed.

Beach - Our local beach, operated by the City of Myrtle Beach, is open daily. Social distancing guidelines are in place with keeping a 6ft distance from other patrons on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella rentals are available at the beach for a daily fee.

Kids Club - Our kids activity program has been temporarily suspended. Our water slide & game room are both also closed.

Business Center - Open daily, 24 hours/day. A sanitizing station has been added.

Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines. The modifications we have made include:
In-Room Dining - Temporarily closed. Bistro dining is available with a limited menu through guest pick-up or
contactless delivery options.

Oceans on 82nd - Open daily. Breakfast: 6:30am - 11:00am; Lunch: 11:00am - 2:00pm; Dinner: 5:00pm -
10:00pm. Breakfast is offered through a limited a la carte menu. Our self-serve buffet is temporarily closed.

Blue Restaurant and Lounge - Open daily, 11:00am - 12:00am. All alcohol sales are required by state mandate
to stop at 11:00pm daily.

The Cove & Ocean Blu Café - Open daily, 11:00am - 5:00pm

Each outlet has indoor & outdoor dining available. Masks are required. Indoor dining is permitted at 50% capacity and social distancing guidelines have been put in place. 

 

All listed hours of operation are for the Summer season, and will be adjusted after Labor Day Weekend.
