Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signages throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and configuration of seating in our restaurants and meeting rooms in compliance with local and state mandates. Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Increasing the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobby and F&B outlets.
  • Providing Hand Sanitizing Stations in public area and meeting rooms.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the type of activity they are performing, following the directions given by the local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Literatures including magazines, books have been removed from rooms. Disinfectant wipe is available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival. If guest wish to receive less or additional housekeeping service, our At Your Service team will be happy to schedule it according to guests' preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, limited capacity of 50%. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable cleaning protocols.
  • Spa: Open with modified spa menu, reservation required.
  • Swimming pool: Open, reduced capacity. Guests must rinse off at the outdoor shower before & after entering the pool. Note that furniture has been arranged to abide social distancing regulations.
  • Kids Club: Open, limited capacity of 50%. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable cleaning protocols. Face masks required for entry.
  • Business Center: Open, 6.30am - 11.00pm. Assistance is available upon request after 11.00pm

Our restaurant team abides state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves and temperature checks upon entry into workplace. Temperature check will also be performed for all guests entering restaurants and meeting rooms. It is strongly recommend to make an advance booking to use of contactless payments or credit/debit card payments to minimize risks. All of our venues spaces have been adapted to comply with the local law and currently are limited to 75% total capacity and 1 meter between tables.

 

  • Zest Restaurant: Open, 6.00am -11.00pm
  • Borneo Baking Company (BBCo): Open, 6.30am - 10.00pm
  • Room Service: Open, 24 hours
  • Matahari Pool Terrace: Closed until further notice
  • Lush Bar: Closed until further notice
