Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Wearing of face masks is mandatory for all guests. Temperature screening of guests and Aarogrya Setu app mandated for all guests. Luggage is sanitized for all guests.

Signage on Social distancing across public areas including elevators to follow social distancing norms in our restaurants in adherence to the government mandates.

Reception desk have partitions and guests are encourage to use Mobile Check-in, service requests and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. In room menu available through QR code to ensure contactless experience.

No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Public Area Cleaning: Increase in frequency of cleaning on hi-touch point areas such as elevator buttons, door handle, reception desk, lobby table and couch and high traffic areas such as restrooms.
  • Employees with direct guests contacts will wear face masks, face shields and gloves. Guests are required to wear face masks.
  • Electrostatic Spraying. We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • In room amenities such as dental kit, shaving kit, etc are not pre placed and are available on request. Disinfectant wipes are available in all arrival rooms.
  • All rooms are kept vacant for a duration of 24 hrs post check-out and sanitized thoroughly.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are currently operating with limited services and only the below services are available:

 

  • In room Dining: Available, fixed menu.
  • Banquet venues: Social distancing required.
  • Business Centre: Social distancing required.
