Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

You will see signage and shields throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to follow social distancing recommendation. Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary personal contact.

Our guests have the opportunity to use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In: Reduce the amount of time required to complete check-in formalities by using Mobile Check-in and asking any question you have in advance. Please note push notifications must be enabled for receiving the "Room is Ready Notification".
  • Mobile Check Out: Check out via the Mobile App and skip the desk. You will receive a digital copy of your invoice by email.
  • Mobile Chat: Communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from up to 48h hours before the day of arrival until 24 hours after your departure.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the App to request items you would like delivered to your room.

 

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

 

Valet service is currently unavailable due to sanitary situation.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators and escalators. Further we are providing hand sanitizing stations within the public spaces.

We are using enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our cleanliness protocols within our public spaces.

Our associates are wearing required PPE based on the activities they are performing.

To respond to our standards around health and cleanliness, we have taken extra precautions to clean and sanitize the room prior to the guest's arrival.

 

  • We are providing housekeeping service after every third night and while the guest is away from their room.
  • If the guest prefers additional housekeeping amenities or housekeeping services, the guest is invited to contact us by email, to send us messages via the Marriott Bonvoy App or meet us at the desk.
  • We have limited the product selection in the room as the bath amenities and coffee products. Each product in the room is disinfected.
  • All products are available at any time through our Marriott Bonvoy App - Guest Request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

The seating capacity has reduced to comply with local regulations in order to respect the sanitary measures, there is a distance of 1m between each table. A la carte service is privileged as a small individual portioned buffet is also available.
