Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throught the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and keep to the one way system in public areas. Occupancy limits and seating capacity reduction in our restaurant in compliance with social distancing measures. Perspex partitions have been installed at front desk, leisure and Cast Iron bar.

Mobile check in and room service orders available to be delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

Within leisure facilities we have a booking system for our pool and gym areas to ensure we can maintain social distancing and have a limit on the number of people in compliance with local government guidelines.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as providing hand sanitizing stations throughout public areas.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Room Amenities: In-room coffee making facilities are individually packed and sealed. We also provide disinfectant wipes in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, booking is required at all times.
Pool: Open, reservation required.
Lounge: Open, face masks required for entry
LRestaurant: Open, face masks required for entry.
Cast Iron Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. We are operating a booking system and reservations will be taken on check in for your preferred time.

Cast Iron Bar is open and offering a limited menu throughout the day.

Reduced capacities in both our Cast Iron bar & restuarant are in place to ensure social distancing whilst dining with us.

Breakfast is currently table service for all items.
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
